Change is natural. It is a symbol of evolving. Some change occurs almost subconsciously; it just happens. Other times, change is deliberate, triggering an end to a current habit or routine in pursuit of something different (and hopefully better). In this case, change is a symbol for opportunity. 

 

Transformation is a change. It is just a more complex change, where its impacts are vast, the risks are higher and the desired outcomes are bigger.

 

TESORO's work in the area of change and transformation is multifaceted. We offer services akin to what other firms call Workforce of the Future, Human Capital, People and Organizational Performance and the alike.

Services include overall strategy development and roadmaps, stakeholder engagement and leadership, impact assessment, communication and training strategy and plan, evaluation framework and sustainment.

SUSTAINABILITY AND CSR REPORTING

The call for change rings loud, significantly loud in the area of sustainability. Customers, consumers, shareholders, lenders, employees and everyday people are asking, almost demanding, our public and private sectors to think beyond profits.

Organizations are being pushed to consider how their activities, programs and future strategic plans align to the ESGs (Environmental, Social and Governance) and the SDGs (UN Sustainable Development Goals). Do these activities, programs and strategic plans align with their values? Or is there discord between their ideals and day-to-day practices. 

TESORO acknowledges that the field of sustainability is vast and that it extends beyond the typical charitable or philanthropic activities often wrapped into the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) portfolio. Organizations are required to adopt and adapt new ways of working, leveraging the capabilities technological innovation offers with agility and an open mind. Once defined, organization are often eager to put their ideas into play by rolling out a variety of programs.  

 

TESORO partners with organizations in the design and delivery of these programs. designing a practical journey map to roll out their programs.
